ORDERS

Propertysigns.com.au reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order.

PRICE

Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. All product prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of 10% GST, unless stated otherwise.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Information contained in the website may vary depending on a number of factors and external factors beyond Propertysigns.com.au's control. Various methods of shipping are utilised depending on product. Due to the nature of some of our products, a combination of Australia Post, National Couriers as well as local couriers for our Sydney Based Customers are used. While all effort is made to ship within 24hrs, there may be a need for us to assess any orders beyond the 24 hour period depending on the nature of the product ordered, for security purposes, or in the interests of customer service. Any delivery times are indicative only and Propertysigns.com.au will not be liable for any failure to observe delivery methods and delivery times. Requests by customers for certain shipping methods to be used for their orders is at the sole discretion of propertysigns.com.au and all requests will be considered on a case by case basis.

RISK AND TITLE

Propertysigns.com.au will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by a postal or courier service. You should consider whether to obtain any suitable insurance.

REFUNDS

The circumstance in which Propertysigns.com.au is obliged to make a Refund is detailed in its Refunds and Returns Policy below.

in the case of services supplied by Propertysigns.com.au to any one of the following at our option:

1. the supplying of the services again;
2. the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Propertysigns.com.au Refund Policy

At Propertysigns.com.au we realise that things don't always go as expected, and sometimes goods may have to be returned – a product may be defective, not to your satisfaction or you have received the wrong item. 

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act. For more information, please visit the Department of Fair Trading website.

General Returns Policy

If a product is wrongly described as outlined in our terms and conditions shown, or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you may choose between a replacement or refund. Propertysigns.com.au will pay all freight charges.  Please note the incorrectly sent item will need to be returned in original condition.

Defective or DOA (dead on arrival) Items. All items come with a 30 day guarantee against manufacturing defects and DOA items. Many items such as printed materials come with a significantly longer warranty period provided by our manufacturer.

How to make a Request on DOA (dead on arrival) Items

Please contact us as soon as the problem arises via our online contact form or on +61 29668 9771 stating your order number, the item(s) you are returning and details of the problem.

Note: Because certain limitations in communicating product customisation details over the internet exist, we will attempt to be as accurate as possible in all our product descriptions. Our designers may use their discretion and skills of design to tailor a product for you. However, if you personalised signage details are manufactured significantly different to your request, incorrect or if the wording included in your signage is made to an unacceptable standard, then we will offer an acceptable solution or replace the item and pay for necessary freights and charges. For high value items, we recommend using an insured and trackable delivery method. ( Australia Post Registered Post). Please ensure the item is packaged securely and appropriately for postage. For any items requiring return to us for whatever reason, please allow 14 days for the return to be processed. Once the item has been received and assessed, we will either provide you with a credit for the product amount or return monies to you depending on your initial method of payment. 'Change of mind' Returns

Change of Mind Items. Because our products are custom made to suit specification, products purchased from Propertysigns.com.au cannot be returned to us for a refund based on this condition. However, you are more than welcome to amend your order for any items provided we have not already commenced work on custom made items.Please note that we are unable to accept 'change of mind' returns for bulk orders (i.e. 2 or more of the same product).

Warranty Claims

Warrantable Items. All our products come with a 6 month warranty on defective materials and workmanship. However, product life typically far exceeds the warranty period.

How to request a Warranty Claim

STEP 1.  Please contact us as soon as the problem arises via our online contact form or phone Propertysigns.com.au (+61 29668 9771) stating your order number, the item(s) you are returning and details of the problem.

STEP 2. Our Customer Experience Team will advise you of the process to request a claim through Propertysigns.com.au. For items where the warranty is provided by Propertysigns.com.au, a RA# will be issued to return the item to us.

Our Customer Experience Team will then advise you further of any details required by us or vice versa.
